Everyone can join. Whether you are an experienced sailor or have no previous experience, you will learn something valuable from this journey.

It is also a great way to build miles for those of you who have a logbook and high sailing goals!

The new Nautitech 44 is very special in our fleet, as it is one of the few performance sailing catamarans on the Adriatic. The founder of the sailing school himself has sailed it from France to Croatia in September 2023 and has been thrilled with its outstanding sailing performances.

Participants interested in learning will have a unique opportunity to discover:

• the specificities of catamarans compared to monohulls, in general
• how to properly sail a catamaran
• the basics of maneuvering as crew or skipper (depending on previous experience)
• the basic use of special equipment installed on catamarans (Air conditioning, Water maker, Generator...)
• particularities of safe sailing on a catamaran in more demanding weather conditions

Let's not forget about exploration, relaxing and fun though!

In between islands and bays, life on catamarans is widely appreciated for the space and level of comfort they offer. You can always find a corner for sunbathing in peace, to have a coffee and a chat with your fellow crew, or cooking together in a fully equipped kitchen like at home.

This autonomy, and the proficiency of your experienced instructor, open a wider choice of destinations than in a usual charter week.  If the weather forecast allows it, you could be one of the lucky few each season to access remote corners of the Middle Adriatic, like some very attractive offshore islands...  Reserve your spot now and live a unique experience this summer!

• Costs for the arrival and departure from/to the marina
• Food & drinks (Onboard cash box to be organized by crew)

EXTRAS:

• Private cabin + 50%
• Transfer from/to the airport can be organized upon request

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

• 20 % deposit to hold your spot until the minimum participant number is reached. The participant gets a full refund if the minimum number is not reached at least 30 days before the departure date.
• As soon as the minimum number of participants is reached, general conditions apply: Payment of 50% at booking confirmation and 50% 30 days before the departure date.

NOTE:

• Minimum 3 participants – Maximum 6 participants
• Pre-course requirement: None
• Miles can be registered in your logbook (if you have one)
• Possible changes due to weather conditions
• Clothing: we recommend using sunscreen during summer, hat, non-slippery sailing shoes or sneakers, warm sport clothes for autumn and spring

Saturday afternoon: Meeting day

• We expect you in our office at marina Baotić in Trogir at 16:00 h.
• Meet the instructor and your fellow crew members
• Security briefing and accommodation in your respective cabins.
• Organization of the initial grocery shopping.
• The rest of the evening is free for sightseeing. You will experience a wonderful first evening a short walk away from the UNESCO town of Trogir

Sunday morning: Sail out day

Sunday morning is the time to set sail and start your journey of exploration of the Adriatic and discover life aboard a sailing catamaran. There are more wonderful destinations to choose from than days in a week, so be assured that wherever your captain takes you, you will be thrilled. Relax, open your senses and let yourself be surprised by the many rich experiences that await you on the islands, be it on Hvar, Vis, Brać, Šolta, Ćiovo, Korčula... 

Friday afternoon: Return day

Return to the home port by 17:00
