"Many thanks to you for taking care for us e.g. by your weather updates and to guide us into the mooring place last "windy" friday and to everyone on your team for making chartering with Ultra Sailing for us a true pleasure from arrival to departure. Sailing the new 40.1 was truly an outstanding experience, a really magnificent yacht in every aspect below and above deck and under sail :-) Many thanks for a great sailing experience with your friendly and customer focused team at Ultra!!"

"Thumbs up!
After a fabulous sailing trip last week it's big pleasure for me at first to send many thanks on behalf of my crew for an excellent service to the whole base team in Seget Donji.
We sailed a Astrea 42, which was as well as technical and optical in top condition.
The staff was convincing with a very friendly and professional attitude. We appreciated an adequate and stressless check in and check out.
All in all best qualifications to recommend.
See you again,
Horst Meurer & Midlifecruisers"

"I am sailing with Ultra Sailing Croatia for more than 10 years now. As a very experienced charterer who has chartered globally with large and small charter companies, I am very happy to say that Ultra is by far the best charter company I have ever seen. The professionalism, the maintenance level of the boats, the friendliness, the experience and just the whole experience from booking, to contract signature, to getting picked up at the airport until to the very end when the transport back to the airport is already waiting minutes before the agreed time is absolutely unmatched. It is a pleasure, and I have already booked my boat for next year. A huge thanks to the whole team! I love you guys, and am already looking forward to the next time."

"As a cruising ground, Split to Dubrovnik was the BEST cruising ground I have ever sailed, including my home base, Chesapeake Bay. We have sailed St. Lucia and the Grenadines, BVI 5 times, the Cyclades in Greece and French Polynesia from Moorea to Bora Bora, so I feel I have the background for comparison. The combination of the beautiful water, ancient history and cities for destinations, isolated islands and anchorages, the food, the people. All spectacular!!! We changed our itinerary based on local conditions and recommendations to:
Day 1- Trogir to Starigrad, HVAR
Day 2- Explored Hvar, including exploring the Plains, and dinner at Hora
Day 3- Starigrad to Vis, Vis. Stopped off in Klement park for an afternoon snorkel and lunch.
Day 4- Explored Vis, Kut, Komiza (blue cave)
Day 5- Vis to Scedro, and grabbed a mooring ball in the U. Lovisce, then hiked on land to Mostir to see the monestary. Dinner at House Porat which was spectacular.
Day 6- Scedro to Lumbarda, Korcula. Originally wanted to moor in Korcula town, but wasn't feeling it, so stayed on to Lumbarda.
Day 7- Took the water taxi to Korcula town and spent time there. Found a company called Korcula explorer. Rachael and John are awesome!! In the evening, we took a guided bike and wine tour from Korcula town back to Lumbarda which was amazing!!! Rode through the vineyards, and sampled wine at each.
Day 8- Lumbarda to Polace Mljet and grabbed a mooring ball. Ate at house Ankora. Another amazing meal.
Day 9- Moved off the ball and anchored. Took bikes to the national park, and found a town called Solina. The park was amazing, and took the monestary tour, as well.
Day 10- Polace, Mljet and refeuled at Sobra, Mljet, then moved on and moored in Okuklje, Mljet. Ate at Maran. Another amazing meal.
Day 11- Okuklje, Mljet to Ston, Peljasac. Steamed up the narrow channel into Ston, and got a spot on the quay (the depth was a nail biter). Walked the great wall to Mali Ston, and went to the oyster and mussel farms to sample both and sample wine. Then, had another amazing meal at Bota Sare. Unbelievable!!! Day 12- From Ston, went to Sudarad, Sipan for lunch and snorkel. From there, sailed into ACI Dubrovnik.
Day 13- Off the boat by 1pm, so they could sail back to Trogir.
The company, Ultra, was fantastic! The person checking us in, Marin, was just great, and the base manager, Hrvoje Modric was exceptional. The prior charter guests broke the water maker. They were waiting to get the water maker repair person, and it was going to take at least a day to deal with that. I spoke with Hrvoje, and told him I'll deal with getting water on the boat, and I would rather not wait for the repair. They added a SUP to the boat free, in exchange. He volunteered that. I ended up renting a second one so we could have couples go out, if they chose. He was very nice. My technical check in was very thorough, and easy. They gave us their personal cell phones, and I was able to What's App call them whenever I had a question. The only time I had to contact them was when I found damage from the prior charter, that I was not aware of, but they were, so it was all good.
The marina, Seget Dongi, is huge, and the waiting area has a bar, thank goodness! The area was loaded with Yacht Week kids, loudspeakers, etc, so we moved to the lovely poolside restaurant. Early on, we took the water taxi to Trogir while we waited for our boat to get finished cleaning, etc.
The boat, Family.......great boat!! Fountaine Pajot 45, Elba. She was clean, seaworthy, and had so much space, especially with the observation deck. In fact, there was one morning we thought one of the couples was still sleeping, but they were up on the top deck, and we had no idea! She was powered by two Volvo Penta diesels with sail drive. She was very maneuverable, and the engines were very responsive to gear changes (no slipping of the cone clutches). Cruising speed was an easy 8.0 knots at 2000 RPM. I never pushed her harder than that. The galley was perfect, and well appointed. We fed 8 people breakfast and lunches daily, and 5 dinners. We never felt like we needed more room, or different appliances. As far as sail handling, the main was huge, and because is it rigged with a pulley on the headboard, it took a little bit to hoist the main by winch. Going to the mast, I could more easily hoist the main from the side of the mast, and had a crew take up the slack on the winch. She actually worked upwind pretty good, as well. I was surprised.
This was, without question, the best vacation we have ever taken!! The combination of your personal involvement, and Nautic Ed's service and the alignment with an outstanding charter company like Ultra, made this the absolute best experience any of us have ever had.
Thank you so very much!!!!!
Ben"

"Dear Team! We were allowed to be on the road with your skipper for a week and now we have - unfortunately - returned again. It was a fantastic time with great and exciting experiences. In conclusion, we all agree: we will book again with Ultra Sailing. But only with "our" skipper. He is the best!!!!! LG Sabine, Karin, Bettina, Gabi, Thomas, Christian (First Officer), Uli and Franz. We look forward to 2023 - again with Ultra Sailing."

"It's wonderful, marvellous
We sailed the first week of September on a 470 Fountaine Pajot with skipper and had, in short, a wonderful week.
It started with an easy and comfortable check in and check out. Everything was done in a friendly and efficiently manner. A brand new boat and a very knowledgable skipper that got us in to coves and bays that we would have never discovered on our own."
