Ultra d.o.o. in Split commits to organise sailing school according to the program of the reserved course, on sailing boats from its fleet. Instructors are highly qualified sailors with many years of sailing experience and recognized pedagogic skills.
School attendant commits to pay the fee for the sailing course they book. The price depends on the type and date of course and is defined in the Offer sent to each attendant before booking. It is established with these terms that the attendant must pay 50% of the price at reservation and pay the remaining 50% - balance - at least 30 days before the beginning of the course. Payment should be made to the company's bank account specified on the booking confirmation. For bookings that occur less than 30 days before the beginning of the course, the total amount is due at booking.
In case the attendant cancels the course, the amount paid at reservation will not be refunded. If the Attendant cancels after the total payment is made, and at least 20 days before the beginning of the reserved course, then the Organizer will refund 30% of the total amount to the Attendant.
The course is confirmed by the Organizer when the minimum number of attendants is reached. If a course is not confirmed 30 days before the starting date, the Attendant can ask for a refund or decide to wait. In case of cancellation for lack of participants, the Organizer will automatically refund Attendants after the expected starting date of the course. If, because of adverse weather conditions or any other justified reason, the organizer cannot carry out a confirmed course, then it will offer a replacement course afterwards.
Sailing school Organizer is not taking any responsibility for possible damages or injuries that the Attendants could cause to themselves or to third persons, but it is taking responsibility to take every rational measure to avoid or eliminate this kind of risk. Minors attend under the responsibility of their parent or adult relative that accompanies them on the course.
Attendants declare that their medical condition is compatible with the practice of sailing and boating, that they know how to swim, and that they have at least an intermediate level of English (B1).
